How does shipping work?
We offer free economy domestic shipping on orders over $100 (limited to non-frozen products).
Shipping is not available on frozen items. Frozen products are available to Oahu customers only for pick up (free) or delivery (free for orders over $100). Once your order is placed, you will receive a text or email to coordinate pick up/delivery.

Where do you source your products?
At DRPS, all our meats are human-grade and sourced from local farmers and hunters in Hawaii or from local distributors who supply meats for our restaurants here in Hawaii. We try to source local as must as possible, however, there are some items that we bring in as it is not available or limited in Hawaii.
We do not use 4D meats and we never will. 4D refers to meat sourced from livestock that are already dead, dying, or diseased.

What is the best way to store your treats and raw items?
Frozen items will be good for up to a year, as long as it is kept frozen.
We recommend storing treats in the freezer or refrigerator to prolong shelf life, especially in a humid climate. Keep out of direct sunlight as it can create condensation in the package.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. But if there is any problem with your order, please contact us at info@dashisrawpet.com. We will work with you to make it right!
