Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us directly at info@dashisrawpet.com and send us the details of the issue along with photos. We will work with you to make it right!
Once your order has been dropped off at the mail courier, we are not responsible for your package unless it is defective. All packages are mailed via USPS. If the package is damaged or lost/stolen, please contact USPS directly.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
